Toddler Bed Sheets
There are a ridiculous amount of toddler bed sheets out there, from Spongebob to Squarepants… wait that didn’t come out right. Well there’s Dora, Winnie the Pooh and Sesame Street designs too. But why the hell am I talking about animated characters? Because it matters, that’s right, it matters. It doesn’t matter what you think, it’s what the child things. If he/she loves toddler bed sheets made of pink, then buy pink bed sheets!
I have however, some set of brands that I would like to suggest. First off, choose those toddler bed sheets that are very easy to clean. Babies will almost always dirty everything, and there is no point buying an expensive high quality bed sheet if it is not durable, and again, easy to clean. If it’s easy to clean, then the comfort of which the bed sheet offers can be reused over and over again.
Toddler bed sheets are nothing if there are no quality blankets to accompany it. In fact, the blankets may sometimes be more important than the actual beddings. The baby doesn’t always play with what he/she is lying on, but rather he/she will tend to play and become comfortable with things near and above him/her. Angel Dear blankets are one of the more famous types of blankets, so try getting similar.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of having the right set of baby fences around your baby. That being set, you should buy toddler bed sheets that are very easy to handle with, is not rough, made of pure cotton, and doesn’t have too much wrinkle-patterns or extra pieces of cloths in the sides because this might get stuck on the bed corners or worst, promote accidental tearing. Trust me you should reconsider this; I have experienced such underrated problem with my older toddler bed sheets.
Did I mention that the actual bed should be significantly deep and filly enough for a baby to be comfortable with? Toddler bed sheets without the actual proper bed settings and the bed sheet is useless. Not to mention the actual components of everything, the bed, the blanket, the bed sheet, the pillow, even the actual room should all be made of 100% safe materials. Everything else after that doesn’t matter.
For a set of toddler bed sheets, brands don’t matter. Hell even quality doesn’t matter. You see folks, as long as it’s safe, as long as it’s easy to clean (yeah you probably need to choose the darker ones) and as long as it’s soft and comfortable to actually live with, then everything else doesn’t matter. Although there is one factor you should all spend time to think and reconsider when buying toddler bed sheets, it is the price. If you could find the right mix of requirements previously mentioned, plus if it’s significantly cheaper, then go for it and buy it.
Toddler bed sheets, blankets, pillows and probably some toys are just not for the baby. No, because you see folks, in the early days of life, the baby can’t really think that much. At the end of the day, it’s not only about the question on how much would the baby be comfortable with such beddings, or how much he/she will like it… but rather it’s also about how the parents likes it, how the parents takes pleasure with it, the act of providing, the act of care, the act of love.
